We recognize our societal responsibilities as a corporation rooted in the community, and aim to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through adherence to laws and regulations, and fair and sincere actions.
In addition, we sympathize with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), consider possible initiatives as members of society, and actively implement them.
Employee Health and Well-being
We believe that the physical and mental health of our employees contributes to the foundation of our business and the happiness of our employees’ families. We strive to promote health management through certification as a “Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization”, and we aim for overall organizational health management by collaborating with employees to improve working styles and workplace environment.

Safety and Disaster Prevention
We strive to create a workplace where our employees can work with peace of mind. Furthermore, to provide trusted safety measures to the community and our clients, we continuously promote disaster prevention and mitigation activities. We perceive these efforts as vital management issues within our Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Environmental Sustainability
Recognizing that global environmental issues are a shared concern for all of humanity, we position environmental measures as a significant management issue. By obtaining Eco-Action 21 certification and striving for continuous improvement of environmental impacts along with pollution prevention, we contribute to the preservation of the global environment and the realization of a prosperous society.
- Acquisition of Eco-Action 21 certification
- Environmental conservation and energy-saving activities by the Environmental Measures Committee
- 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) activities such as waste disassembly and sorting

Technology and Productivity
We strive to improve our technological development capabilities and management skills with the aim of creating sustainable added value. In addition to providing appropriate value to our customers, we utilize our technological capabilities to create a high-productivity plant that is comfortable for our employees to work in.

We are also aware of our responsibility as a company selected as a “Regional Future Leading Company” by Ministry of Economy.
